“I just wanted to drop you an email to let you know I enjoyed reading “Your Body Age” in Revisions (Summer, 2005). I received a copy with my office pro magazine. Working out was something I wanted to get back to for quite some time but couldn’t get it in my budget nor did I want to make the time. I have been working out consistently since the first week of May as well as walking 10,000 steps per day. It is a challenge and a commitment but the rewards far surpass the challenge and commitment.
